CCS Wrestling (Grades K–6)

Our wrestling program helps young athletes grow in confidence, discipline, and strength.

2025–2026 Season

Season: December–February

League: Elementary Athletics competes as a member of USA Wrestling and a separate South Sound league in partnership with Reality Sports, Tacoma Slam, and the Vashon Rockbusters.   

Tournaments: Tournaments and duels will take place from December through the end of February. The tentative schedule includes four to six league tournaments/duels, with optional sign-ups for other tournaments through USA Wrestling (additional costs may be required). The season will conclude with attendance at the Washington State Tournament at the Tacoma Dome. Local travel is required. 

Practices: Practices take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, with each session running for 1.5 hours. Practices will be held at Pioneer Campus in the junior high/high school wrestling room.

Divisions: Divisions are based on birth year and feature different weight classes. Please note: Some tournaments and divisions may be coed for competition.

Cost: 

• $130 – If you do not need a new singlet (you wrestled with us last year)
• $190 – If you require a new singlet (for first-time CCS wrestlers), need a different size, or need a replacement due to wear and tear

SINGLET IS REQUIRED TO WRESTLE.

Costs cover all league fees, the USA Wrestling membership, uniform fees, and registration for the Washington State Tournament in Tacoma.
